Our Family, from our kitchen in Talent, Oregon, seasonally enhances our product line with both sweet and savory offerings. Every jar contains suggestions for recipes that will please your palate and enhance your table. We have just completed our spring offerings and are very excited. While we love all of our creations (like any good parent should), we do have some favorites. One is our Blueberry Jam with Pinot Noir and Licorice. This is a luscious jam for warm breakfast breads, but also can be used as a finishing sauce for game. Our Rogue Pear & Pinot Noir Jam is a tribute to the best of the Valley, while our Champagne Blush Jelly is the perfect treat to share with someone special.
